Greetings from Timothy Cooper!

newly appointed to the Kentucky
District as FCF Vice President.

He has relocated
from sunny ole Gator-land!
That's Florida for the uneducated...

Tim wants to get moving in FCF
in the good ole Voyager Territory!

You can E-mail him at his
Hot Link below his photo.

Lets be sure to give him
a BIG Voyager WELCOME!!!

Tim accepted Jesus Christ as his savior in April 1996, while still serving in the U.S. Air Force, where he later retired after 20 years of Service, His wife Jodie also retired from the Air Force. He and Jodie began attending church at Auburn A/G Church in Crestview, Florida, where he was quickly questioned about becoming a Royal Ranger Leader. After prayerfully waited to hear from God, he felt God urging him to stay in the sanctuary and learn for awhile.

In December 1996, God released him to work with Royal Rangers. His first Royal Ranger position was as Pioneer Commander of Outpost #79. Tim’s Senior Commander encouraged him to attend the District Leadership Training Camp in Pensacola in 1997, and it was here where he recognized the importance of Leadership Training in order to be the best leader he could be, and to be an example of progression for the boys. He attended the Instructor Certification Seminar the following year, and later attended the National Training Camp at Camp Wilderness in Ft. Meade, Florida in January 1999. Tim attended the Instructor Trainer Course at the South Eastern Regional Expo the following year, earning his IT status; He remained involved in leaders training throughout his stay in the West Florida District.

While in West Florida Royal Rangers, Tim held numerous positions including: Deputy Commander Outpost #79, Section 4A Commander, Section 4A FCF Representative, Bravo Division Commander, District Productions Coordinator, District Aide-De-Camp, and Appalachee Chapter FCF Vice President.
He resigned his FCF position when he left Florida to move to South Central Kentucky in May 2005.

Once settled after the move to Kentucky, Tim began attending Praise Assembly of God Church in Columbia, Ky. Tim began attending Lindsey Wilson College, graduating in May 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Christian Ministries. While in school at Lindsey Wilson College, his pastor asked him to become his assistant, which he accepted in October 2005. While in college, Tim also pursued credentialing through the Kentucky School of Ministry at the Kentucky Assemblies of God Headquarters in Crestwood, Ky. He received his credentials in March 2006, and assumed leadership of Praise A/G in April 2006, upon the retirement of the pastor. Since that time, he has worked tirelessly to promote Royal Rangers and Missionettes in the church, yet it was only in the last year in which the ministries were able to become chartered.

Tim resigned his church in December of 2008, in order to pursue a ministry which will reach out to the young people even more than his small Rangers and Missionettes groups could. While waiting to see what area God leads him into, he knows he will always be involved in Rangers- Once a Ranger, Always a Ranger!

He is eagerly awaiting his first Rondy with his new Territory, and has asked that you be merciful to him should he slip into talking about the Riflemen Territory, for it was there that he cut his FCF teeth, and learned many of his Blacksmithing skills!
